Position Department Reports to:

CAC Technician

Operations Brand Manager
Position Description
Remotely supports PC systems, printers, modems, and other related peripherals. Remotely supports networks, operating systems, vendor interfaces, and proprietary software related to the hospitality industry.
Requirements
  1. Must have knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques. 

  2. Must have knowledge of DOS, Windows9x, and Windows NT.

  3. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing.

  4. Must have solid customer service skills.

  5. Must possess a basic understanding of the hospitality industry to support Property Management systems, Sales and Marketing systems, and Point of Sale systems.

  6. Must attend scheduled training to improve skills and maintain proficiency levels.

  7. Must adhere to all policies and procedures as determined by MSI Management.

  8. Must accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned by MSI Management.

Required Skills, Education and Experience
  1. High School diploma

  2. Work experience in the Hospitality Industry or Information Technology/Customer Service Center

  3. PC hardware, software, and networking experience

  4. Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills

  5. Attentive to details
