Tim Conroy, Director of Implementations

In this position, Tim is responsible for leading the professional services team that completes configuration, installation and training for the MSI suite of applications.

Joining the MSI team in May of 2008, Tim brings more than twenty years of management experience to the organization. His range of experience spans from computer hardware and software manufacturing to the medical/pharmaceutical and hospitality industries, where he has held senior and executive level positions in account management, sales, services, and support organizations across the United States and Europe.

Tim is dedicated to building a strong, streamlined global services organization where consistent and effective business processes and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Tim attended the University of Arizona and Pima College where he studied business and political science, while managing the operations of a small family-owned business in Tucson. He later branched out to begin his professional career with tenures at America Online, Dell, and McKesson Corporation.

Tim resides in Phoenix with his wife, Cathy, and their two sons, Joseph and John. He enjoys spending time with family, volunteering for school, church, and community activities, classic comic book collecting, scuba diving, and traveling.
