Laczy Frazee, Independent Account Manager

Laczy joined MSI in August of 2008. As the primary point of contact for MSI’s Independent hotel clients she provides over-site for all inquires, sales, enhancement requests, reports and serves as a point of escalation. Laczy takes her role seriously and works hard to instill trust and exceed client expectations, every day.

Laczy brings nearly ten years of hospitality industry experience. Beginning her career with Prime Hospitality, starting as a front desk agent and moving up through the organization to property manager.

Determined to further her experience, working with corporate and extended stay properties, Laczy joined Hilton, and continued her goal of exceeding guest expectations. Striving to gain further knowledge and Five-Star experience in resort and spas she spent time at Starwood Hotels.

When not busy at MSI, Laczy can be found on the tennis court or at a local golf course honing her skills.

Laczy is currently finishing her degree at Arizona State University-West, School of Global Leadership and Business Management, and resides in Glendale Arizona.
