Jim Mowbray, Director
Jim joined the MSI team in October 2007 with over 22 years of hospitality industry experience. Jim is responsible for managing the support teams for both Best Western and Wyndham hotels which utilize WinPM for their property management system. His duties include overseeing day-to-day operations for Wyndham and Best Western support teams. He works hard to make sure each team member has the tools and resources required to continually provide high quality customer service. Jim also has the responsibility for maintaining relationships with our Best Western and Wyndham Property Management Systems business partners by staying in frequent contact providing them with reports outlining trends as they pertain to the support calls placed.
Jim’s experience, prior to MSI includes 14 years of experience in hotel operations and 10 years spent prior to that with companies that develop, train, and support property management system software, making it a great fit for MSI customers today.
Jim attended ASU where he studied history. Jim and his wife reside in Gilbert, Arizona along with their two sons Justin and James
When not following up on Wyndham and Best Western, Jim spends his time participating in sports, motorcycle riding, photography and hanging out with his family.
