Joni Paradis, Implementation Project Manager -Technical

Since joining MSI in 2002 Joni has consistently challenged herself to learn more and to provide MSI customers with smooth installations. She
stresses over each technical detail, verifying interface functionality and compatibility, collecting network scheme information, as well as assisting with configuration and support of Cisco firewalls.

Prior to joining MSI's team, Joni served as a junior Network Administrator at Communication Concepts, where she learned hand’s on, how to run cable data networks, while supporting a variety of applications and operating systems for clients across Arizona. Joni transitioned to MSI as a CAC Technician, supporting all products and services in MSI’s suite and was an integral part of Central Services. Joni then moved in to an escalation role for MSI technicians. During her tenure in escalation, Joni traveled to sites providing additional training and assistance with complex configurations.

Joni graduated from Collins College where she studied Personal Computer and Network Technology. She resides in Phoenix and enjoys camping, hiking, 4x4 exploration, photography, crocheting, and sewing. She’s an advocate and supporter for HS USA and Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation charity groups.

Joni lives by "Life is a learning experience, you never know too much, and there is always room for improvement" and takes this approach with MSI clients, she's patient, listens and learns what her customers need to prepare for a successful technical install.
