Rick Rivera, Implementation Support Specialist

Rick brings to MSI over 12 years of valuable experience in hotels ranging from Banquet Server to Revenue Manager, and a whole lot in between, Rick joined MSI as a Training & Installation Specialist in 2003.

As part of the rollout team installing WinPM for Prime Hospitality, he was one of the first trainers to use MSI's DOS PM to WinPM data conversion tool. Later, Rick was among the first to install the 2-way CRS interface for Best Western.

After more than 120 installations, Rick accepted the position of Implementation Support Specialist as part of MSI's Training Department assisting his fellow Trainers with technical support.

When not spending time with his two dogs, Bruno & Gidget, Rick enjoys restoring his 1973 Porsche, hiking through & photographing Arizona's spectacular natural beauty, and listening to his 600+ collection of vinyl record albums.
