Matt Sheehan, Assistant Director Customer Solutions Center
Matt joined MSI on October 29, 2007 and assumed a leadership position within our Customer Solutions Center. Matt’s primary role is to ensure the best customer and technical support is always available for our customers.
Matt works hard to create and maintain memorable relationships with all of MSI‘s clients. In providing superior support Matt focuses on listening to the needs of clients, as well as taking time to explore and research hospitality industry news, trends and fads to better recommend solutions that will meet needs clients do not know they have.
Prior to joining MSI, Matt worked for Heartland Hospitality where he held a range of hotel positions—from Guest Service Representative to General Manager. Matt has extensive experience in customer service, sales, operations, revenue management, and multi-property management.
His philosophy is very simple, he believes in order to be successful, you have to have fun, love what you do, and be committed.
When not servicing MSI clients, Matt enjoys fishing, hunting, technology, cooking, learning new things, hiking, and working on outdoor projects. Matt participates as a Big Brother for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management in 2002. In addition, he earned his HDI Certified Support Center Manager 05/2008.
Matt is originally from Nebraska and current resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
