Sylvia Trujillo, NovaPlus Account Manager

Sylvia Trujillo has been supporting NovaPlus customers since 1999. In her position, Sylvia works with MSI's clients to make sure they are on the most current solution and exercising the Brand's best practices. Currently she's focused on the Best Western 2009 Technology deadline ensuring all sites are hardware and getting on the nova plus two-way before BW 2009 deadline for all sites to be on the two-way interface.

Sylvia strives to provide excellent service to MSI clients exceeding through their expectations. Her positive outlook and genuine desire to help is clear to anyone that speaks with her. Sylvia has held roles, during her tenure with MSI in our Customer Assistance Center, giving her a clear vision of client needs and requirements.

Prior to coming to MSI, Sylvia worked at Pegasus/ GETS/EHS for 6 years as an Application Support Analyst, specializing in NovaPlus. Sylvia was first exposed to the hospitality industry while at Cendant Corporation. She held positions as Reservation Agent and Database and Network Control.

Lifelong Arizona resident, Sylvia enjoys vacationing and spending time with her family.
