Jennifer Westrom, Asst. Director Corporate Accounts

As MSI’s Corporate Account Manager for Hyatt Place and Summerfield Suites, Jennifer demonstrates her commitment to the success of our clients every day.

An internal champion for her customers, Jennifer’s hospitality experience and background including positions with front desk sales coordinator, sales manager and director of sales, allows her the true ability to understand the position and requirements of the hospitality industry.

Jennifer maintains that each day is an opportunity to create new experiences and lasting memories. It is as important to her as it is to MSI and our clients to exceed service expectations.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona Jennifer completed her degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University,

She currently resides in northern Phoenix with her husband Mike, son Austin and the family dogs Simon and Lucy.

When Jennifer is not busy managing trends or providing updates to Hyatt she can be found traveling, rollerblading, or just hanging out with her family.
