Bill Wolfe,Managing Director, Administration
Bill Wolfe is MSI’s Managing Director of Administration. In this role Bill oversees all aspects of the administration and financial operations of MSI. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership in areas that are of vital importance to MSI including financial management, human resource management and administration, ensuring that future needs are planned for. Bill insures MSI associates have access to mentor / mentee programs, on-going internal training classes and seminars ranging from soft-skills to technical.
Bill joined MSI in 2004, and gained valuable experience in all facets of MSI's operations; as Product Manager, Account Manager, and Director of Product Management. Bill has contributed to MSI's success through his participation in projects including the launch of the Ronald McDonald house design and configuration of Enterprise PM, and CISP related activities.
Bill’s most recent role with MSI was Executive Director of Operations where he provide leadership for MSI’s Account Management, Professional Services and Training teams.
Prior to joining MSI, Bill held leadership roles in hospitality including General Manager, Regional Rev Mgr, and District Mgr. Bill’s personal philosophy carries over in to every aspect of his life – create a healthy balance with work and home, some days require more of one than another, it’s up to you to make sure you monitor and recalibrate to create a win-win situation. You have to be fully engaged in life to live.
Bill holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. An Arizona native, Bill resides in Scottsdale with his two dogs, Sophie and Sammie, and enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and traveling. If Bill's not in the office, chances are he's in some breathtaking tropical destination or hanging out with family and friends.
