Jim Mowbray

Jim joined the MSI team in October 2007 with over 22 years of hospitality industry experience. Jim is responsible for ensuring that our Best Western clients are being taken care of.
Jim’s experience, prior to MSI includes 14 years of experience in hotel operations and 10 years spent prior to that with companies that develop, train, and support property management system software, making it a great fit for MSI customers today.
Jim attended ASU where he studied history. Jim and his wife reside in Gilbert, Arizona along with their two sons Justin and James.
When not following up on Best Western, Jim spends his time participating in sports, motorcycle riding, photography and hanging out with his family.
