Robert Bansfield

Jonathan is the Customer Care Manager for our Best Western affiliated clients. Jonathan brings several years of customer service and consultative management skills to the team. Jon initially began his career with MSI in Quality Assurance and having a desire to interact more with MSI clients, made the transition into Account Management, and then into his current role.

Prior to joining MSI, Jon held positions such as Assistant General Manager for Hyatt Place; bringing with him an understanding not only of the hospitality industry, but the business processes that must be part of the complete solutions understanding. Jonathan has also held management positions with retailer Starbucks, learning the value of technology and customer service.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University West. He and his wife Jennifer reside in Scottsdale Arizona and when not busy working with MSI’s clients, Jon enjoys spending time with family, traveling, jogging, and taking his dog “Bear” to the dog park
