Maureen Kieffer joined MSI in 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Maureen is directly responsible for the Customer Support Center and IT.

Ms. Kieffer’s proven ability for creating and maintaining dynamic teams, highly motivated in working toward established goals, while recommending innovative and creative solutions in the hospitality industry. Maureen works hard and has a proven consistent track record for meeting project time lines, managing across multiple departments, negotiating and developing system requirements to successfully meet the diverse and always changing needs of the clients. She has a strong understanding of the importance of effective and timely communication at all levels in the organization and works diligently to ensure MSI’s commitments are made.

Prior to joining MSI, Maureen held tenured executive roles with global companies like Pegasus, Best Western and Choice. She strives to draw from the experiences and actively participates in all areas of MSI’s business ensuring our clients are receiving leading edge technologies through MSI’s servant leadership mindset.

Maureen is a graduate from Northern Arizona University – BS Management and Computer Information Systems, 1984 and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
