MSI CloudPM is “always online” through MSI CloudConnect, a simple and robust technology created to link your property-based interfaces, including PBX and Call Accounting, to MSI’s CloudPM property management system and keep your property management system working—even if you lose Internet service! During Internet interruption, MSI CloudConnect technology automatically activates an “emergency off-line mode and then continues to deliver a fully functioning CloudPM system. On-site, redundant database backup occurs behind the scenes. MSI CloudConnect operates on your property’s existing Internet connection, avoiding the need for an expensive or complex network installation.
