MSI Account Managers
Marc Voirol,
Director of Account Management

Since joining MSI’s Customer Assistance
Center in 2000, Marc has enjoyed many positions at MSI. Prior to his
positions at MSI, Marc spent 8 years working in the Lodging Industry. Marc
was fortunate enough to gain experience in all aspects of the hotel
industry by working in positions ranging from Guest Service Associate to
General Manager. A native of Indiana, Marc resides in Phoenix with his
wife, Susan, and their Weimaraners: Bella and Daisy.

Annette Martin, Senior Corporate Account
Manager

Annette has over 10 years of account
management and coordination experience in the computer technology field.
Prior to joining MSI, she worked for Cendant Corporation in Hotel
Information Technology.
Annette is a veteran of the US Army where she specialized in Electronic
Warfare/Signals Intelligence Analysis. She has also been a volunteer for
Big Brothers and Big Sisters since 1999.

Kirsten Coccodrilli,
Corporate Account Manager

Since joining MSI’s Customer Assistance Center in 1998,
Kirsten has enjoyed many positions at MSI. Prior to her positions at
MSI, Kirsten spent 8 years working in the Restaurant and Lodging
Industry. Kirsten holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism
Management from East Stroudsburg University.
Kirsten enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time
with her family.

David
Estabrook, Corporate Account
Manager

David Estabrook, originally from the
Portland, Maine area, has recently relocated to Phoenix and joined the
MSI Team. As one of his first jobs during high school, David began
working in the hotel industry. Prior to joining MSI, David was the
general manager of Best Western Merrimack Valley for more than 9 years.
The Best Western Merrimack Valley is located in Haverhill,
Massachusetts. The Best Western Merrimack Valley has been a customer of
MSI since November 2003, and was one of the first Best Western sites to
install the 2-Way CRS provided by MSI.
David will be responsible for continuing to facilitate a positive
working relationship at the property and corporate level with Best
Western. One of David's main goals will be to ensure all of his
customers experience continued success with the MSI WinPM software.

Chastity
Berg, Account
Manager

Chastity Berg has recently
joined the Account Management Team at Multi-Systems, Inc. Since joining
MSI's Customer Assistance Center in 1996, Chastity has enjoyed many
Support Team positions. Prior to her tenure at MSI, Chastity
accumulated three years experience in the Hospitality Industry as a Guest
Service Associate and Call Center Reservations Agent. Born in New Mexico,
Chastity currently resides in North Phoenix with her husband, Justin, and
their three sons. In her spare time Chastity enjoys gardening, reading, and
spending time with her family.

Trent
Mitchell, Account
Manager

Trent joined MSI as a CAC
Support Technician in June of 2003, and made the move to Account Management
in November 2005.
Prior to joining MSI, Trent held a position at Cendant Corporation
specializing in hotel interface installation and troubleshooting.
Trent is currently working on a degree in Software Engineering from the
University of Advancing Computer Technology. He is also a distinguished
metal artist and fabricator in Arizona.

Sylvia
Trujillo, Account
Manager

Sylvia Trujillo came to MSI
as a Second Level Technician in November 2005, and has recently joined the
Account Management Team. Prior to coming to MSI, Sylvia worked at Pegasus/
GETS/EHS for 6 years as an Application Support Analyst, specializing in
Nova Plus.
Prior to her work with Nova Plus, Sylvia got her start in hospitality
technology at the Cendant Corporation in positions such as Reservation
Agent, Database and Network Control, assisting in supporting Property
Management System.
A lifelong Arizona resident, Sylvia enjoys vacationing and spending time
with her family.
