2001 – US Franchise Systems, Inc. endorses MSI as the preferred Property Management System for its Hawthorn brand.

2000 – MSI’s WinSAM Sales & Catering System is completed.

2000 – MSI software installation at the Hawthorne Suites in Phoenix, Arizona marks 2000 properties.

2000 – MSI and Symbol Technologies, Inc. create wireless hand-held device for check-in/out.

1999 – MSI completes its three-tiered Windows-based Property Management System, WinPM.

1999 – MSI selected as preferred vendor for Bass Hotels and Resorts for new open properties in the Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Crowne Plaza brands.

1998 – Staybridge Suites announces MSI as preferred Property Management System with integration to one of the industry’s first multi-lingual kiosks, “Bridgette.”

1998 – MSI installs its 1000th system at the AmeriSuites in Tempe, Arizona

1997 – Selected by Best Western as a preferred property management system provider.

1997 – Corporate Track nominated by Microsoft Corporation for a Computerworld Smithsonian Award; also wins second place in the Microsoft Rad Award
Contest.

1997 – Selected by Cendant as one of three PM providers for 5400 property technology roll-out.

1996 – Selected by Prime Motor Inns as the exclusive provider of Property Management Systems for all AmeriSuites, Homegate, and Wellesley Inn properties throughout North America.

1996 – MSI’s AutoCheck, check in-out system, wins IHM&RS Best of Show and Best New Technology Awards.

1995 – Selected by HFS, Inc. (now Cendant Corporation) as the exclusive provider Property Management Systems Technology for its new Wingate Inns brand.

1994 – MSI Develops the industry’s first integrated Sales, Marketing, & Catering System.

1994 – Selected by Sage Hospitality Corporation and Remington Hotel Corporation as preferred vendor of integrated software solutions.

1993 – MSI develops the industry’s first fully integrated Point-of-Sale System.

1993 – Selected by Servico Hotels & Resorts (now Lodgian) as preferred vendor of software solutions for its properties.

1992 – Selected by Amerihost Corporation, Chicago, to install MSI PM System in 85 properties throughout North America.

1991 – Named preferred vendor of computer software technology by HFS (now Cendant Corporation), Inc. whose franchises include Howard Johnson, Super 8, Days Inn, Park Inn, Knights Inn, and Ramada.

1991 – MSI is incorporated in Phoenix, Arizona.
