HTNG is a nonprofit organization with global scope, formed in 2002 to facilitate the development of next-generation, customer-centric technologies to better meet the needs of the global hotel community. View our mission statement here.
HTNG is organized under a Board of Directors, which sets policy, and an Executive Vice President and CEO, who manages the day-to-day affairs of the organization. Under HTNG's by-laws, appointment to the Board of Directors is limited to senior hotel company executives with technology responsibility, and directors who become unqualified by virtue of career changes must step down within 90 days. The number of Directors can range from 9 to 14.
