Levi to Solidify Infrastructure,
Customer Integration at MSI
Leor Levi joins Multi-Systems Inc. as
Director of Information Technology
PHOENIX — AUGUST 2, 2005 — Multi-Systems Inc. (MSI), a leading provider of
fully integrated property-management and marketing systems, is enhancing
its technology infrastructure and customer integration capabilities. Leor
Levi, newly appointed director of information technology, will lead the
effort.
“During our relocation to a larger facility in April, Leor played a key
roll as a contract employee in ensuring that all of MSI's technology
transitioned smoothly,” said Tim Tiller, MSI Chief Operating Officer.
“Throughout the entire process, he was able to expand and build upon our
solid technology platform by offering many suggestions on ways to
complement our existing infrastructure. Leor’s performance greatly
exceeded our expectations, and earned him the coveted director of
information technology position.”
Tiller explained that after 10 years of successful growth and expansion of
MSI’s diverse product portfolio, the company needed more space not only
for new technology development, but to house a growing staff and a larger,
more robust Customer Assistance Center. Now, as the industry continues to
grow and change, MSI is better positioned to grow and change with it, and
Levi will lead the way for technology growth and expansion.
Levi said he is thrilled to become a permanent part of this
customer-focused and technology-driven company.
“It’s rewarding to be part of an organization where suggestions for
improvements are welcome, heard and implemented,” Levi said. “MSI is
committed to providing its customers and employees the best available
technology. It shows in their willingness to put beneficial ideas into
action and in their support of new thoughts and processes.”
Leading the Product Distribution Center
Levi’s focus will be to improve customer technology integration and
continue to build a solid infrastructure for the company. The PDC (Product
Distribution Center) team will fall under his leadership. Levi will work
closely with each MSI department to ensure that systems deployed to
customers are configured correctly and installed efficiently.
In addition, he will take the responsibility for overseeing and supporting
all of MSI's internal technology. This will include the transition to
newer technology for employee communications and the installation of more
efficient software for the CAC (Customer Assistance Center) team.
“We want to provide a solid infrastructure and advanced technology to our
customers and staff with standardized features for ease of use, yet
customized applications to meet individual needs,” Levi said.
Prior to joining the MSI team, Levi spent a year in Iraq working on a
government contract providing technical support for the Army computer
systems. Levi has more than 10 years experience in information technology
and has received extensive training and certification in a number of
specialized applications including A+, MCSE, CISCO, Checkpoint Firewall,
and several others.
