NovaPlus
NovaPlus combines a fully featured property management system with a fully integrated rates management system. Offered exclusively to Best Western members or management companies with a Best Western in their portfolio, NovaPlus was built to provide the best tools available to assist properties to increase revenue in conjunction with the Best Western Two-Way interface. At 450 properties and growing, NovaPlus is one of the most popular Property Management systems offered to Best Western properties. NovaPlus offers a variety of interfaces, including a credit card interface to Southern Data Com, allowing your property maximum flexibility in choosing your credit card processor.

 

EnterprisePM
EnterprisePM is an extremely flexible property management system for select service properties. Hoteliers operating within multi-property, multi-branded environments are looking for a centralized PMS database to support and securely store all property and guest preference information that ultimately can be accessed and shared across the enterprise. Our Enterprise PM platform is extremely flexible, and will accommodate multiple scenarios to meet multiple needs, including the ability to keep database information proprietary for multi-brand situations when necessary. It will help hotel and management companies to consolidate reports, facilitate cross-booking, and enable field sales managers to have real-time information on availability and rates.

 

WinSAM
MSI’s Sales, Marketing & Catering System features instant access to an Automated Function Book, Client and Prospect Tracking, Yield Management, BEO’s, Rooms Book, Sales Diary, and more. Your staff also has immediate access to Sleeping Room and Function Room Availability from anywhere in the system, making manual searches through files a thing of the past. WinSAM is fully integrated with WinPM, MSI’s Property Management solution so eliminating the need for an interface.

 

Contact Management
Introducing WinPM + Sales Driver, offering enhanced database management software to increase productivity and track sales activity for select service properties. With the click of a mouse, sales managers, general managers and front office personnel can access detailed information on sales accounts, contacts, new business, traces and communications records. The system allows the ability to set target rates and group room allocations as well as merge database fields with Microsoft® Word, Excel and Access for direct mailings. Sales Driver is fully integrated with WinPM, MSI’s Property Management solution.


Place Point
Place Point is a Point of Sale system with an instinctive user interface that fully integrates with MSI’s WinPM system. Guests can order items using secured information encoded on a track of their room key—specially encoded for this purpose—or a credit card to purchase food or beverages in the lobby. Built from the ground up to be intuitive and user-friendly, it combines appetizing graphics with a thoughtful design to appeal to the growing group of business travelers that demand interactive technology in their purchasing experiences. The easy front end is carried on in the Retail version, making the technology the easiest task your new employees will learn!

 

ASP Corporate Services
